Queenslanders have a right to access and eat OUR OWN healthy Seafood, not be stuck with imported product.

Lifestyle: Our way of life is under threat if large closures are implemented and later expanded.

We will do it right: let the local communities who have a vested interest drive the planning process!

This issue is not about the environment or sustainability: if it was - the minister would surely answer why the area needs protecting.

Our fisheries areas are well regulated and most alreadily accredited as sustainable as we have sensible Bag Limits & Management Plans currently in place and working well.
